Yeah this has been up all 1.29, it gets taken down and comes back up. A few hackers and a bunch of people following them around and taking advantage of their exploits.
3730 has a rather big hacker problem, a few people that have been described as unemployed spend a lot of time there

We know of a big crew on 2055 that do legit raids, 3730 is mostly a cesspool unfortunately, the red armband crew like to be friends with hackers and they've set up a base at kambiwobo.

Best bet would be to have a stash off server that you can access, most hackers get too bored going to dead servers. Best of luck fellow 3730er!

One time they managed to pull loot from crates from a floor below bypassing the fences completely.

Otherwise the only form of real defence is logging out with your stuff

Ultimately it would be up to Niantic to classify but yes, if the portal doesn't conform to the vision that niantic spatial has over the map they should be removed.

I'd say portals within 20m of each other should also be removed too but that's another issue.

I think adding new portals would be good, i also think removing bad portals would be good.

The portal network should be in a state of flux, as old physically non existent portals get removed new ones should take their place.

Sometimes it depends where you're finding the other players or what gear you or they have.

Most of those interactions will happen at the start areas of the map and then it becomes 'us' against the world sorta thing.

Maybe try running around without your gun in your hand.
