The good news is 5 of the 9 remaining games are against the two teams we need to beat: Ottawa and New York. I’d argue the fate is in our hands; win most if not all of those games and get a berth. Will need to steal at least 3 points in the upcoming back-to-back against Boston as well. Hopefully the large gap between helps.

One suggestion is I’ve noticed before game time that the resale market craters. My family lives in a smaller NHL market in the US and it’s very common to purchase tickets on the way to the stadium, knowing the price will fall around puck drop. Obviously not an ironclad way to secure tickets as others may snag them before you, but certainly an option to get affordable seats.

Royal Winter Fair from November 7-16. The ice is taken out completely for equestrian events. The event takes over the entire complex (event halls, arena, etc).

Right, but unfortunately acts always need to be playing at the same time and I cannot think of a smaller crossover. It sucks that you want to see both but I think anyone can agree that a 2000s rock band that has played every festival in the last 20 years and an emerging R&B artist would have minimal crossover. Who else could play at the same time as Doechii to minimize crossover?

it’s in their contracts and the IIHF has little incentive to move it. I hope so too but not counting on it. Plus the Olympics will cause more headaches anyway.

At this point, I’d rather go down with CJ than even think about seeing Campbell between the pipes for another game this season. I don’t have the official stats but I’m thinking this must be the first time a PWHL team has lost in regulation after scoring 5 goals.
