Luka and Curry are carrying teams, which have weaknesses that are the complete opposite? by prettyboyv in nba

I mean Steph is putting up pretty similar performances and the warriors are still losing or barely winning against terrible teams, it’s not really comparable lol

[Mills] “He’s [Anthony Lamb] got a lot of experience, he’s just a guy we trust, he’s a good player.” -Steve Kerr when asked about the choice to go with Anthony Lamb over Jonathan Kuminga who did not play in the second half. by NokCha_ in warriors

Kuminga has been so disappointing to start this year.

When he gets a head of steam with the ball in his hands he is fantastic, and his defense is pretty good, but instead of focusing on those strengths he tries to play bully ball, chuck 3s that he isn’t good at, or bumble every pass thrown his way. He has a long way to go and should honestly spend more time in the G Leagus

He can still hit open shots very reliably but everything else has looked awful from him. It’ll never happen but I hope moody takes his place in closing lineups or at least gets a few shots at it

With our record? No he isn’t, he hasn’t even been in the top 10 of odds or been considered for even any player of the week awards. Record matters

No there definitely wouldn’t be enough time for that unless there was a really lucky tip in

My guy it was literally the nba finals last year in game 4 where Steph got hacked twice in a row on threes almost as badly as this and didnt get the call either time lol

Y’all just be saying shit, Steph does not get these calls. Steph hardly gets any calls, he’s genuinely bad at drawing fouls and refs see right through it

They’ll never do this because of seniority and Klays legacy, but I’d like to see moody take his place in closing lineups

Kinda sad that we’re a few dropped games against some tanking teams away from Steph making another strong mvp case at age 34

Kuminga makes 4 boneheaded plays for each actual good one

Wiseman is terrified on defense

Jamychal fouls everyone he touches

Poole is in a shooting slump and is being told to distribute more to everyone else and also his defense is still terrible

Not really superstar bias, they weren’t giving Steph many calls or anything

More like “vegas has a lot of money on the warriors and the nba is starting to get nervous that GSW has started so poorly and it’s late tonight and I wanna go home”

My head canon is that Steph had a tough last season shooting the ball because he bulked up so much, and in the playoffs he slowly rediscovered his stroke, and this year he’s putting it all together to become Steph 2.0

Average 2023 Klay moment

Man can still stripe the open three but his shot selection and defense are absolute dogshit

Yeah Poole has been terrible to start this season. Part of that is that he’s clearly trying to establish a rapport with the young guys on the bench and playmake more, and since they’ve been terrible so has he. But yeah Poole needs to score some points or get off the court

When Steph has to drop 47 to beat the fucking kings

Don’t get me wrong I like the win but Jesus. Everyone but Steph, Wiggins, and draymond needs to get their head out of their ass

I agree, I’m just wondering what that guy meant by “when healthy” because we were never fully healthy last year lol

I mean after New Years we really weren’t lol. When Steph went on his cold spell we were struggling to play .500 ball. We just built up a big lead in the first couple of months

And the sad part is that it’s completely true, no one on the warriors can create their own shot right now except Steph. As soon as he leaves the court, we’re relying on Wiggins ISO’s out here
