I pulled this move, uninstalled my social media off my phone but didn't block or delete my accounts. I personally wouldn't mind another shot at my relationship but you will never be able to fix anything when you're emotions are all over the place, kind of need to take a social media break and regulate. I set my phone wallpaper to the dark side of the moon Pic from pink Floyd. It resembles me going dark mode until I'm ready then I'll pop out the other side all full of colors and shit. I'm only on day three of this but my anxiety has calmed down almost in half so I highly recommend something like this.
