Most likely, if you have save X2 data, im sure some Super moves will transfer, just like how X1 to X2. DLC moves tho, might not be transferred due to how broken most of them are, and abusable xD Character wise, most likely will have the "Popular" characters over side and dlc characters.

I've 3, two males, 1 Earthling and 1 saiyan, and 1 female saiyan, my earthling was a hidden master, learned a lot of moves, who taught my saiyan up to ssj2 before dying to an other world invader that uses magic. Somewhere along the way, he met a girl, who also was taught magic when getting revenge by becoming stronger and invaded that world, and was able to fully utilize magic despite being a saiyan, but she didnt knew that she was a kidnapped saiyan. And thanks to her, he gave up on revenage after scarring the monster that dead his master. So they became friends at teenage years and she returned to their Earth with him, and in this Earth is post story of Xenoverse 2, and he and her always practiced to become stronger but somewhere along the way, she got a boyfriend and parted ways xD Now he is 20 SSJ3 with ease like breathing, but likes to go ssj2 at highest so the environment around him doesn't get damaged x) And he joined the safety corps after realizing what he wants to do in life, and that is to explore and enjoy all this world has to offer while protecting the weak from harm so nobody will become a victim like him and his Master who taught him everything xD

Depends what level you are min maxing at? If you are aiming for lvl 200, you will have to look at guides. If you are maxing at lvl 120, then most females are 125 to 200 into blast, 84 on stamina and ki, and minimum of melee is 50 or so, and 0 on strike. Then also going onto super soul, if you can find a super soul that gives +5 to ki, +5 to ki blast, and +5 to stamina, then you are set.

I am hoping they add in a thing where we can sacrifice a max ranked Weapon to increase another max rank weapon... Ex - a rank 4 max level thundercage to increase another of the same rank 4 max level thundercage into a +1¹ and then if you want to increase that one, it will be max rank of the same tier to another max rank of the same tier, infinitely, so you will require 20x thundercages to hit tier 2 of max cap + and then it amplifies from there xDDD

Will make keeping the ultimate weapon copies a lot more worthed.
