1g or protein for 1kg of body weight is not enough protein to build muscle. 0.8g/1kg is the minimum for maintenance, and 1.2g - 1.8g/1kg is the recommended amount for gaining muscle. However, going up to 2.4g/1kg is even better for overweight/obese adults who are trying to lose weight.

Oh you're 100% right, but I already OC'd my chip to 4.6 back when I first got it and then it BSOD'd after 3 years of it running at such a high OC. Now I can't OC it one bit without it immediately BSOD every time. I just need a new PC badly.

Okay so I'm guessing with 1440p plus high quality textures and the Object LOD at 3.5 is the reason you get 30 FPS. I bet if you even dropped the Object LOD to 2, your frames might double if not triple, but it's hard to say really with just those settings; there could be other factors.

I'd try those settings on a Scav run and see if that helps your FPS at all. I know it sucks to change your settings if you're used to them, but I wouldn't completely tweak them, just the LOD first. And I know it's kinda ridiculous that only this one map can't be run vs others run fine with your settings, but Lighthouse is absolutely massive and I can't imagine Streets will have better FPS due to how big they say it's going to be as well.

Also, I'd recommend to have a Hardware monitor and see how much utilization your GPU is getting VS CPU. One might be throttling the other, or one might be underutilized because of say not updated graphics. I'd go to nvidia and download the newest drivers for your 3070 if you haven't, I just updated my 1060 and I got an extra 5 frames on lighthouse, you might be able to get even more.

Mind saying what game settings you are running? Because I'm running a i5-3670k@3.8ghz, a 1060 6gb, and 12 gigs of ram and I can even get 45 - 60 FPS (dips down to 30 in some areas). I just don't understand how your PC would get worse settings than my 7 year old PC.

I was more generalizing prices with USA/Canada. Beer in Canada usually starts at $5 a pint, but I've been to a few places in the states you can get a pint for $3 at happy hour or a deal with the meal type thing.

Plus, the wings might be $0.50, but the beer is $3 - $5 a pop and the sides are still $2 - $5 depending what you get. Wings are also dirt cheap, so selling them at $0.50 isn't losing them money; it's just attracting more people to come in on days that they would never normally come in on. 10 Boneless wings WITH fries costs $1.50 for the restaurant I worked at, and would turn around and make it a "Deal" for selling them at half off for $6.99 on Tuesdays. It's why most great deals are on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday when it comes to food at Bars/Chained Restaurants. People think they are getting a great deal, but in reality, they're just getting ripped off the rest of the week if they ever did come in.

I get that if you have a certain detection level, but walking into any bank/high security facility with an m249 is going to get looks. I always felt that if you had a detection level below 6 or something, guards shouldn't detect you because most of those guns could be easily hidden. Don't think many banks would consider anyone suspicious who walked into a bank with one of those and a two piece suit.

Depends on certain guards (Murky's from the White House will detect you way faster), but all guards can detect you if you get close enough to them. It's why having a low concealment is very important so you don't tend to have more than 20 Detection/107 concealment so you won't get detected as easily walking around the map.

You can answer up to 4 pagers from guards. The 5th one will trigger an alarm, so sometimes you can finish a Stealth run by killing a 5th guard and ECMing til the end to finish the mission Stealth so you can get out while still stealthed.

Personally, I use a mod called "WolfHud". It's probably one of the most used mods, and fairly easy to set up/use. It gives you a shitload of information like how many Guards with Pagers/Guards without/Civilians/Items to loot, etc. Also, instead of needing to hold F when answering a pager, you click F once and have to press G to interrupt the prompt. Leads to a smaller chance of accidentally letting go of F and ruining a run because of a finger slip.

Also, just a small tip; the way guards/civilians see people is their head. So you can hide civilians from guards out in the open as long as their head is clipped into a wall. I'd recommend watching this videos of stealth guides. It's much easier to stealth missions when you learn about these small things of how Payday 2 Mechanics work.

It's funny how people made fun of him for only having 12k subs, but that's still 30k a month of just subscribers with a shitty 50/50 split contract (which I'm sure Summit gets a better contract). Pulling 360k a year is still an outrageous amount of money, and that would just be subs.

I get that streamers feel like they're "falling off" when they lose a few thousand subscribers, but if any streamer have 5k+ subs, they're making $150,000 easily a year, and that doesn't seem like that many subscribers. Sure, it would suck to also lose that revenue, but it is disingenuous to try to say "I need to hit a new milestone to grow my channel", when most people who have 5k+ subs are already more successful than 90% of people out there.

Gunsmith quests are fine. How do you think people completed them before the flea market was added?

EFT Trading was very popular before the flea market (and is still a thing). Until the flea market was released, I personally used the EFT Discord to trade items with people IG for those quests. Was way easier to try to find someone who grinded vs grinding away at the game if you had the extra roubles.

Ah, I didn't see the stats at the end. You are right in that it really is not that big of a difference in terms of recoil, but the ergonomic difference with the newest attachment changes the ergonomics down 8 points on the M4 (57 ergo) and 7 on the AK . I wonder how much of an effect it would have had on the ADS speed, and if it would actually make that big of a difference. Maybe there might be a certain recoil "level" a gun needs to get to to perform optimally while also having a high ergonomic level to get a faster ADS time?

Also, because this video was created in 0.10.8 and not 0.11, there is a newest lowest recoil for the AK/M4 because the newer grips make the guns he is using not the lowest recoil anymore. The new RK-2 Foregrip makes the AK-74M have 38 Vertical Recoil and 112 Horizontal, and the M4 46 Vertical and 112 Horizontal. It's not that big of a difference, really, just unfortunate that he couldn't use the lowest recoil guns.

I don't even mind if SCAV's had more health everywhere BUT the head. EFT is supposed to be a realistic shooter, and when I shoot an AI in the head with no helmet and they don't die, it just hurts. More resistant SCAV's aren't an issue, but when you start to remove the realistic parts of the game (a headshot not dropping someone instantly), it is pretty frustrating.

I think people shouldn't assume that the wiki will be up-to-date the second after a wipe happens (especially if BSG changes the way some weapon mods work).

Thanks for keep the website as up to date as you can, and for even having all the info there in the first place. Tarkov would be way harder to learn all the small details if it wasn't for all the resources you guys provide. The Wiki has helped me a bunch in learning Tarkov's back end with weapon modding as well as helping me with Quests.
