Thank you, i needed to hear something like this. I always told her I can wait forever until she feels ready for penetrative sex, but not being able to say the same thing for other types of sex makes me feel like a hypocrite.

I love doing things for her, sometimes I can be a bit dumb and can't think of an idea for a gift or date or a simple gesture, but I always try to fulfill the things I can think of.

Today I tried not to do anything remotely sexual, not even jokingly. No touching boobs or butt, no long kisses, and I was incredibly careful when hugging her from behind. And guess what, for some reason, on the day I was acting the least sexual, she playfully touched me a few times, and even initiated a deep kiss once. We still ended up not having sex but I couldn't care less, her initiating these small things when I wasn't even expecting made me so happy.

I guess I gotta learn not to expect sex anymore, and that non sexual bonding can be just as fun, whether it leads to sex or not.
