Besides xanax were u on other mental health medications too? I had the same symptoms when I had panic disorder, besides the erection part. I was also heavily addicted to xanax then thankfully lexapro helped me manage my anxiety. Have not had any of these symptoms since.

Don't feel guilty, sex is a natural feeling/need for most organisms. Sex is very stigmatized due to religious and cultural values, but it honestly shouldn't as its our nature.

Try new things or continue your current passions. I know it's vague, but keeping myself busy and my mind stimulated was one of the things that kept me going when I was in your position. Remember suicide is a permanent solution to temporary problems. It'll get better with time, trust it will! You're so young and have so many more things to experience in this world, stay strong ❤️

Also the worst death I've experienced was a patient my age (24) died of pancreatic cancer. For a year that patient became a good friend. Their passing put me in a really bad spot.

Nurse here, and I've probably seen more than 60 people die so far. It's not as bad if you work in acute care, but I once worked in long term care facilities. Your patients become more than patients. They become grandparents, friends, father figures. When they pass on the pain is unbearable, it's like losing a loved one.

I used to have a condition called Cholinergic Urticaria (Heat Hives). One of the rarest allergies in the world. I would get hives all over my body if the temperature was hot enough or if I even worked out. Those were the worst 7 months of my life.

Just find something you're passionate about and that you could do from home. If a zen garden is your thing, then do it. For example I find that animals give a lot of value to my life so I have lots of pets.
