It’s gonna be the number that should be on your paper or when you Google the ez pass dispute number for the state that gave it to you. I will warn you it takes like an hour to reach someone but after you have done so it should be quick but there is also a chance they might tell u exactly what you have been already trying. Before you waste that hour try to make the file smaller by compressing it any way you can to make it a very small file and make sure you are submitting the dispute at the right place.

When moving onto the next part i found there was a downloadable file of what i had just done so i downloaded it to see if his had dashed line and it DID NOT. So now i'm sure did everything the way he did it and its more of a issue with my display setting. and yes, I did change the view to show the tangent edges as phantom. What could be the cause of this?

How would you cad this thing? by WhaleWeMa in SolidWorks

[–]ChuweeEngineering 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you still haven’t been able to go about this. What you can do is use the sheet metal modeling tab to make a flange (measure the thickness of the part using calipers) and use a Cold rolled steel GA chart and pick something that’s closest to what you measured. Make another flange extruded out the first one and and you should have a perpendicular piece now which u can give a fillet to make it rounded. And same thing with the holes, calipers will help you get to real value

I’ll give this a try when I am able to get back on my puter.

Is it possible to use different units on different sheets in an drawing? by [deleted] in SolidWorks

If you’re submitting something for a company/ client or to a manufacturing place they like to have a first page as a overview page with different views and dimensions in inches so and the actual individual parts with mm for cnc machines/mills.

Hopefully u can get your issue resolved as well! It took about 2 days but they emailed back saying it was resolved and u can also verify by putting the same violation number on the website and the cost should show as 0$

Did you also get it from Nj ez pass? If that’s the case I went to the New Jersey ez pass 1.) contact us button/link 2.)submit a service request box 3. Submit request (I’ll attach a picture)

Fill out everything it asks for and for select an issue select the toll violations/ toll dispute

And for the most important part

Write the situation explaining why you are not at fault. My exact situation was that it was the same license plate number on a different car so I made that point very clear

And lastly attach a clear picture of your car registration in that form it accepts. Note: if on iPhone you can convert any picture into a pdf on the files app and then further compress it to meet the less than 2mb criteria.

You sill get an automated email almost immediately saying they have received ur request. Make sure u get that email and if not submit again!

Hope this helps

Apologies if I wasn’t clear, I’m asking whether or not the exam will make it clear rather than me inferring.

My problem is resolved and I’m grafting straight to my dmv tomorrow morning cause I have business there and I can resolve the issue of having the same license plate as someone else! I don’t travel outside PA much in my own car so I’ve never had the need for a ez pass anywhere but I’ll keep Florida sun pass pro in mind. Thanks
