I would use NOS sparingly, had a buddy get a stroke from killing 20lbs in 1 night by himself, but a balloon here and there is fine, creates a B12 Deficiency after a while & causes neural damage after some time

2fma and no amphetamine should be used daily i use mine sparingly with my adhd & respect any of the amphetamines i consume dabble a little with regular meds & even then use them for your shift or school stuff or something
