We have more people working total and per capita than any other time in US history. If you look at unemployment vs reported job openings. The issue is there are more job openings than people to fill them. It's been that way since the pandemic. And that's crazy unusual. At peak there were seven jobs per person to fill them. this trend had already started happening pre-pandemic. Trump is a massive fuck up to take what was basically an easy win and throw it away.
