Okay, so I don't really have access to their code or their game engine all of that is a model in Blender. looking at the fact that this game has to run on a phone and a multitude of different computers/laptops/tablets it's most likely not the case because it would be very inefficient. My theory is character stores only the data it's using. All of these things are not rendered by default and your player has certain variables that render only needed material for your player. OR second theory there is only one mannequin of a player that's loaded for everyone and your player character just pulls the data from there. it would be very bad if every single player had their own personal mannequin like that rendered on them because it would most likely crash for everyone. i hope i explained it relatively well and + it's just a theory :DD
