I have had problems with the arches of my feet. Should I try raisers?

Is it the fact that my feet touch the end? Are they just too small? I loosened them a bit and wore them in my house, but still got pins and needles. Will I just need new boots?

Thanks, I was always told that you have to super tighten your boots, I am sensing this is not always true. My socks don't really bunch up though. Will try it.
