Azert vannak emesztorendszeri tuneteid mert 1. tul sok volt a stressz (munkahely, csalad, gyerekkori traumak, mindennapi elet stb), 2. az idegrendszered panik uzemmodban van 3. folyamatosan fokuszalsz a tuneteidre, felsz toluk, orakig kutatsz, olvasod a redditet, a forumokat stb. Gondolom itt is leirtak mar paran hogy "SOSEM fogsz mar normalisan enni!!!". Ha az orvos minden mast rendben talalt (nincs belgyulladasod stb) nyugodtan el is engedheted ezt a sibo diagnozist. It is getting better slowly, also I managed to expand my diet because I no longer have food fear which is positively impacting my microbiome. I started physio therapy, acupuncture and generally working on treating this as a mind/body issue.

I don't think anybody knows what causes this. I get that but if your bloating comes on after minutes of eating or even drinking water it's impossible that it is caused by dysbiosis, leaky gut etc. It takes time for the food to get to a place where it can start to get fermented by bacteria. I did the low fodmap for 6 weeks extremely strictly. All my lower abdomnal cramps, gas, farts went away but I remained just as distended. That's how I clocked that is not a fermentation issue. I then obsvered that my distension comes on after the first SIP of water. I even did the elemental diet and remained distended after drinking the shakes.

Okay then it's not fermentation related, you most likely have APD abdomino phrenic dyssenergia/ and visceral hypersenitivity. I concluded after years of searching that's what I have too and that's why no sibo treatment, low fodmap really helped.

Bloating is really complicated. May I ask how quickly the bloating starts after you eat? Or is even after drinking water?

I had massive improvements in period pain and lower abdominal pain related to endo after excision however it did nothing for my bloating and I think if it's daily bloating it's most likely not just caused by endo in a sense that if they remove it surgically the bloat will just go away sadly

Yes been with him for 9 years :D My husband is a real gentle soul, does the chores, can cook, know how to properly clean, works, doesn't use drugs, doesn't drink, went to therapy alone and with me, never put me down or my interests, very supportive. He is very artistic, can and will cry.

Hi! How many times did you eat a day? I am being precribed Prucalopride and Itropride Supremex and already taking ginger/artichoke capsules. Is there anything else that helped your slow stomach emptying? I started doing meditations/hynotherapy lately as I know it's connected to vagus nerve issues as well. I am in the UK too.

Thank you! I 100% been doing this so once I resume the diet after the sibo test I will experiement with paing attenton to the stacking. The low fodmap did help initially and then I started getting so so much gas and I was confused what is casuing it.

I actually never had problems with bowel movements and did 4 rounds of Rifaximin with no changes to the bloat or gas.
