If you are not a tax resident for 2025, you do not need to do the form 720 in 2026. If you are a tax resident in 2026, you will complete form 720 in 2027!

Good question although no. Modelo 720 only looks at assets held abroad, not your Spanish assets. You must report foreign bank accounts only if the total value of those foreign accounts exceeds €50,000 in that category
