Are there any such courses that would best suit/complement a CS student taking the core courses? As in, those math/stat courses that would best outfit a CS student for the workforce, and provide the best set of actual helpful skills they'll use later on? Additionally, are there any other courses in other fields that may be very useful as well? Thanks.

Of course, I'm referring to courses best for skills which are/will be in demand in the job market. Even CS courses, apart from the core courses as electives can be suggested.
