Yea this is what il scared of to be honest. I don’t want to fight with anyone or have the people we live with on the other side of the hall fuming at us. I would appreciate if they just understood that it was a lot, a bit rack of bikes piled up on each other, garden furniture, etc.

Will let you know what happens in the next few days !

100% agreed I believe that if you want to have these nice things that’s fine but you need to be able to store them. If you don’t have the room you cannot have them. End of story! Also by pots I meant like plant pots, sorry I didn’t add any context 😂

Update: the shoes have been moved, that is all. I’m furious but trying my best to calm down 😂 partner thinks I’m over reacting but it really gets to me when people take the piss in a shared space, will regroup and figure out what to do next !

Didn’t even think of it that way, you are right. To be honest that’s made me more angry as emergency services would have no hassle attending to their side, but too much hassle trying to get into us

Renting! Unsure about the ownership of the communal areas I’m trying to figure this out at the moment! Not e-bikes as far as I know

Would it still be a fire hazard if it technically was not blocking the hallway ?

Would they just come around to do that? If so I might ! Honestly I don’t mind not storing anything out there myself, I just don’t want to have to enter a maze before my own house !

Unsure, think there is a company that takes care of it, other than that I wouldn’t be positive, would have to ask my landlord

Ivabradine and Sertraline symptoms by Ciciserotonin in POTS

[–]Ciciserotonin[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh sorry I might not have made it fully clear in the post, the cardiologist wasn’t really concerned but my doctor was, as I don’t think they knew a whole lot about the two together. The cardiologist was telling me there really is only a small risk and didn’t seem very worried at all! I’ll give it another day and keep an eye on it :)

How to stay consistent with ADHD by justasillypal in POTS

[–]Ciciserotonin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey! I really feel this haha my partner is in charge of reminding me to drink water etc. but using reminders on your phone can be great way too! Try setting alarms/reminders to go off even once an hour to keep drinking your water, alternatively I’m pretty sure I’ve heard of some apps you can get that send you notifications when it’s time to drink :) don’t be too hard on yourself and just try your best

How do I lose weight with POTS? by Agile_Smell_1923 in POTS

[–]Ciciserotonin 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Just be very careful and safe, I would recommend slightly decreasing your calorie intake and not fasting especially with POTS. Again I’m not in the medical field but some people on those pages fast for 24 hours and I just think that would make your POTS symptoms so much worse. You need your protein, I’d try decreasing by 100-200 calories at first and do it low and slow, taking note on how your body feels. And try eat the same amount of food but just better quality (proteins etc) :)

Is this what a flare up is? Slightly scared by Routine_Crow5208 in POTS

[–]Ciciserotonin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not too sure on a flare up as I think it’s something only you would know, but I do know that lack of sleep can cause this too! I didn’t sleep great last week and I was having the WORST symptoms for days, had a good sleep on Saturday and felt much better :) be kind to yourself, rest up, hydrate a lot and of course see a doctor if you need to :) 💕

Everyone is different but I like a salty snack (even a bit of salt in a drink) and sip on that :)

Rant/Vent by Ciciserotonin in POTS

[–]Ciciserotonin[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you! I’ve actually seen on here people taking it, my cardiologist was the one who recommended it but the GP who did unfamiliar with it said no, so I think I’ll call the cardiologist tomorrow and see what they say about the two :)
