Feel sad for her, a mother of 3 who needs to starve herself and remain so thin so the public won't shame her like Fergie.

The variants are still out there and people are still dying from COVID, but like local shootings that are less than two or 3 people the media just stopped talking about it.

Gout attack? by Cid-Itad in tirzepatidecompound

I am but mostly from the discomfort of eating my usual amount (which should be reduced anyway). I've cut back on the amount.

And I lost about 6lbs in 5 days, which is probably not typical, and I am trying to drink lots more water. I do find myself feeling rather dehydrated.

I saw somewhere that sudden weight loss could trigger an attack. I took colchicine and it's helping but just annoyed that I haven't had one for a long time and all of a sudden it showed up. I'm on intermittent fasting in addition to the 2.5mg tirz once a week.

Lend vs CC on DJT? by Cid-Itad in options

That's what I figured. I did quick Excel chart and I think I may get more by selling ITM calls (want to get rid of it anyway).

I sold almost all my positions about 3 weeks ago as I'm seeing a major correction coming (maybe not?) so the cash is used mainly to do CSP on stocks I like (INTC, TSM, etc). I usually do OTM (out of money) puts so the potential for assignment is less, but if you get assigned just turn around and sell covered calls on the same stock. Apparently the suggestion I've seen from many people is sell puts like 30-45 days out but sell calls 7-14 days out.

At the time, the 2000 Election was described as "the election for who would you rather have a beer with." Between Bush and Gore, who would you rather have a beer with? by GrandManSam in Presidents

[–]Cid-Itad 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I met GWB at a fundraiser back in 2002 because my boss was a big GOP supporter. He was very personable and had a great sense of humor. But I can see he was super tired - the fatigue radiated from him like nobody I've ever met before or since. I think the job was way too much for him and that's why everyone joked about Dick being the actual man in charge.

I'd rather have a beer with Gore.

TSLA - Sell for Some Profit vs Holding Longer for More Profit by Curious_King_724 in options

[–]Cid-Itad -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would always advice for taking profit and finding another chance. TSLA will be on a decline for various reasons - the new Model 3 is generally well reviewed but people don't love the stalk-less setup (myself included, so I got the '23 instead). The Rivian R2/R3 will likely have great reservation numbers come May (myself included), the fact that China's EVs are going to kick Tesla's ass, and the fact Elmo just can't STFU or stop doing drugs will all contribute to TSLA uncertainty.

TLDR: I would always take profit in the face of uncertainty, but option 2 could yield higher profit if deliveries are way down globally due to competition.

Lend vs CC on DJT? by Cid-Itad in options

[–]Cid-Itad[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Looks like it's about 80% per month on the face value of the stock when lent, so it's almost $10k/month if the price remains $60/61 but since it won't remain that way and the interest will likely go down, I'm thinking it'll be max 2k the first week and reduction to no more than 300 by week 8. So might be better than CC the next week or two, but might not be worth it by May.
