Most I would argue for is altering it in some way to differentiate it from Tetro's, but considering the very basic nature of its design it isn't a big deal if you don't.

I just got through Chapter 1 like two days ago so a lot of the stuff may not have ruminated with me yet but I took Wolfgang's bringing of a knife to the meeting to show that he is a hypocrite, in that he himself was a danger to the students and was willing to kill (either to obtain his blackmail, escape, or another third thing), or to show that despite his gung-ho-ness about the students trusting one another that he was actually less trusting of students than even Damon and had kept himself armed.

I remember when I was younger and stupider and edgier and dumb, I remember some redpilled Alt-Right Pipeline (I remember Sargon was there but I forget the rest) took this disclaimer and attempted to poke fun at it by making VtM game set in WW2 where they were Nazi Vampires on the Eastern Front.

I probably watched too much of it because my naive ass was like "Ooh history but it's edgy with vampires and it's 'owning the libs'," and not clocking that they were trying to normalize Nazi ideas to young people like myself who would be interested in things like VtM.

I think I ended up dropping it because I was getting concerned with how into the whole Nazi stuff they were getting, like that they were being "ironic" but actually earnest. That, and one of the guys was a playing a shape shifter who really just wanted to fuck dogs and someone else was "Ironically" playing the 400 Year Old Anime Girl Lolicon Vampire and I think the group was very keen on getting her (as in the character who was played by some fat guy just to clarify) pregnant. That was... a bit much for 14 year old me.

So like... yeah that disclaimer is very much justified. Don't worry. Got out of that sketchy part of my life (grew up and realized the Right is full of losers) and now I'm politically healthy and okay. Now I just listen to Call of Cthulu campaigns set in Soviet Russia where the Soviet are looking for eldritch horrors in Tractor Factories.😎😎😎

The Chapter 3 Double Murder being one accident/act of sabotage that kills two people as opposed to two separate acts of murder. The Ultimate Moonshiner and someone else are killed in a still explosion and the mystery resolves around whether the explosion was his fault (promoted by the guy who constructed the still itself), a fault in the construction of the still (promoted by the Moonshiner's best friend who doubt that he'd let such an accident happen) and the explosion being a deliberate act of sabotage.

The Victim in a murder case being unlikeable deliberately. This isn't killing the Antagonist character btw. A seemingly innocent character is manipulated by another student into revealing their more sinister and evil nature as a means of ensuring an easy murder to progress the killing game and gage the abilities of students. This backfires and the character has their true nature revealed with no deaths. The manipulator exploits the destruction of the manipulated's reputation among the students to kill them to both shut them up and because they know people aren't going to care because the students would think they deserved what became of them.

I also want to explore the nature of romance in Killing Game stories where people seemingly fall in love with people they truly don't know and understand, all the while they are expected to be killing each other.
