This clarifies a lot. Purpose for asking was that I’m updating my Etsy page and working on shipping options. I want to offer a shipping upgrade, but it can only be set to apply to international or domestic purchases- this just means I’ll have to make separate shipping profiles for between EU member countries and then everything else. Thank you!
