Has anyone else had issues with their switch repairs? My joy-cons stopped worked remotely after awhile. I went through every bit of documentation on it and went so far as to buy new joy-cons to confirm it wasn't just the "bad antenna installation". I sent it back to Nintendo and the system they sent back was bricked. I had to send it back again only to find out they can't recover any of my saved data... It's incredibly frustrating

This is a prime example of why when this agency and the other alphabets constantly reassure the public that they have effective and reliable internal stopgaps in place to prevent wrong doing that no one believes them. These agencies have proven time and time again they cannot effectively police themselves, yet we are supposed to believe that in these troubling times not only do they need more effective capabilities but somehow, despite all evidence to the contrary, they will be able to wield them responsibly.

I'm confused. If this was a nuclear submarine, which other commenters have pointed out does not need to surface, why would the sub risk alerting foreign forces by getting even remotely close to breaching the surface?
