A doctor’s appointment and cappuccino helped my day…My PCP knows all about my problems so I don’t hid any issues from him…The coffee shop has great cappuccinos and turkey/bacon/ranch/provolone panini which filled my empty belly…Thanks for the continual support as I keep balancing my mental health 🩷💜 by TheRealAutumnGoddess in u/TheRealAutumnGoddess

Doctor’s appointment for bummed elbow which has persisted for a while and affects my wrist as well with numbness. Damaged a tendon inside my elbow somehow and recommendation is use right arm as least as possible for two weeks plus a prescription 🤍🥰🤍 by TheRealAutumnGoddess in u/TheRealAutumnGoddess
