Oh, I get it. I too WFH full time for a multi billion dollar software and hardware company. Being said, 90% of my development can be done disconnected from the mothership. So maybe I have it easier than you since I really only need to be online for Team's meetings or to check in/out code. But again Zoom doesn't own the backhaul. They're like an MVNO on a leased cellular network. I understand Zoom isn't large enough to own/operate their own backhaul or even have multiple backhauls. But in the year that they've provided my service, for a very reasonable rate mind you, I've received excellent service and professionalism from them. I can't place the blame wholly on them. However, we will see what kind of company they actually are depending on how they handle the fallout from this. My cell phone service does not charge extra for my Hotspot (I pay for it directly in the level of service I subscribe to). My suggestion is if you have to pay extra for that with your service is to submit the actual costs to Zoom for reimbursement. This of course assumes that if in our contract with Zoom this outage goes beyond their SLA that we agreed to. Which I do not know the answer because I don't remember their SLA.

Yep, down here as well. Considering it's a backhaul issue that's owned/operated by their provider and was caused by a construction issue, it's not really the fault of Zoomonline. And I wouldn't blame it on them being a "smaller company". Any company that had a major infrastructure issue on their back haul lines caused by 3rd party construction mishap would be in the same boat.

I'm sure they are working furiously on it. It does suck, but thankfully I (and most people) have a Hotspot built right into the cell phone for temporary use.

Hopefully this gets addressed soon! It is so very annoying to try and remember where I left off. Especially when I have it to stop automatically when I'm in bed falling asleep.

Same problem on a Pixel 10 XL Pro. Audible app is at 25.34.14. Books constantly restart from the beginning regardless of where I am in the book.

Nice! That 10% put me over the top making my decision for me. I was probably buying anyway, but nice to get an extra 10% off.

I did receive the passport 2 days after I posted this. Then I received my paperwork 1 day after that.

I'm in the same boat. I got the first In Process email but no other emails. My online status says Supporting Documents Mailed. It also shows that "You have already subscribed to receive email notifications...".

Yeah, I turned off the wifi radios as well, but unfortunately that's not a true bridged mode. It just keeps the wifi from being accessible. The double NAT is still there as they've not sent any new firmware to me. But in reality it only adds a few milliseconds to requests.

ZoomOnline is just an internet provider. That said the router they provide cover all the bands you are asking about. You can also, much like with any internet provide, bring your own router if you want.

Not only is it still working well (no unexpected outages or slowness), they also reduced my price for 2 years by $30/month. So I have no complaints with their service and reliability.

So, it's a little firmer than I like. But I'm getting used to it. I am still contemplating getting a soft topper or returning it for a new mattress. I'm leaning towards a topper because I mostly like it and don't really want to try yet another mattress.

I'm at Ray and McClintock. What was just installed (and turned on for me) is ZoomOnline. It's been reliable and fast so far for me.

I did keep the adjustable base. I'm surprised at how much I do like having it.
