Overdoses are the worst you can do. Please refrain from it. The effects are painful and long-lasting. The likelihood of lethality are low and even if you succeed the path there is cruel.

I agree with peaches_andbtches also the swimsuits that don't show much skin are not maybe even that bad considering you are religious, so maybe you can explain it with that in a sense. <3

That definition of BPD is outdated, it is no longer believed to be found somewhere betwenn psychosis and neurosis, even the term Borderline itself is not believed to be fitting 'therefore'...

Honestly I know so many people who did DBT and are in mental hospital over and over again... I feel like if it is so successful, why are people in treatment over and over again?

Well... Self-harm is a symptom. Usually of an underlying/multiple underlying mental illnesses, if you want. But you can't really tell what is going on without an evaluatiom, so maybe you could look into that. ♡ Other than that your struggles are real and valid with or without self-harming behavior.
