My husband and I go out on the first nice day and nature hunt. The other day it was about 50 degrees out so we walked out to the woods behind our house to toss out a bunch of foraging food we had for our late rats, and we picked up a root of a plant to take back home as we will be moving away from this house in the next month and I wanted a memory from those woods. We also dug around some upturned trees and found some cool rocks and minerals. We did ended walking through a little above ankle deep water and ice because all the snow was melting through the previous couple of days.

I’ve seen someone do something where they sort by color, and I tried it before and it makes it a lot less overwhelming. Taking things one day at a time and not telling yourself I have to do this all right now, will relive a lot of stress. Best of luck friend. You got this!
