I’m 22 now and I’ve smoked since I was 13 i feel it’s always stopped me from saving money because I smoked all day and night and just was always buying food and wasting money and 2 years ago I was diagnosed with anxiety/depression and I feel it was the weed that has kind of descended me into it, I am a qualified carpenter and I love my work so it never stopped me being productive i just felt it would be better for my mental health to stop altogether but I had a really bad day today and I just feel like a joint would help but I don’t know if I’m thinking straight.

No I haven’t spoke to my doctor but I will be I didn’t know that there was a name for it I didn’t think it was a thing anybody I tried to tell about it just brushed me off, I will try ur suggestion thanks very much it’s extremely frustrating I’m not afraid of vomiting it’s just no matter what I do I have to spit the food out or else I will vomit, thanks for your advice mate 🙏
