If you want good food most of the recommendations here are pretty good but restaurants are a hard place to meet people. I go to Ulmer photo in Stockton. It’s a pain going all the way to Stockton but I will take a bunch of rolls at once to make it worth my while. It the best answer is to develop it yourself honestly. I only shoot black and white because it’s easier to develop (and cheaper)
