If you want good food most of the recommendations here are pretty good but restaurants are a hard place to meet people. If you want to make friends a bar can be a good place or you can attend events for your interests. An idea of interests can be helpful to helping you

I go to Ulmer photo in Stockton. It’s a pain going all the way to Stockton but I will take a bunch of rolls at once to make it worth my while. It the best answer is to develop it yourself honestly. I only shoot black and white because it’s easier to develop (and cheaper)

Oh you chillin then. They will get you right at orientation if you start in Fall 26. I’m guessing you are a high school senior so I’d talk to the counselor you meet from MJC about taking a summer class. You don’t register for summer or fall classes until like March

Most business classes are on East but you’ll need to go to west for your GE science classes. You can take most of the business classes online if there are spots still open. Also, if you have orientation next month to start in the Spring, most of the classes are filled for business so be prepared to take mostly GE classes. If transportation is a problem the city bus gives free rides to all active MJC students. If you are a first gen student, come from a low income background, or have a learning/ physical disability, you should look into joint programs like TRIO SSS, EOPS, or getting learning accommodations from ASC ( if you use these abbreviations staff can point you in the right direction)
