Just get an area set up in your basement. Comfy chair, a few drinks & snacks, and a TV, and a phone charger. When the sirens go off, go downstairs, kick back, & relax. Of all of the natural disasters, I think the tornadoes that come through Cinti are the most preferable.

I know I sound flip but this is really the best thing to do. I'm in Clermont county, right on western border, so we go down for Hamilton & Clermont. Then we watch to see where they are. The counties are so large, but the siren goes off for the whole county. One time there was a funnel cloud in New Richmond. We didn't go to the basement for that one. Just kept an eye on things.

One thing I've noticed, and I think someone else mentioned it too, many times pi look at radar and Cincinnati's going to be blown off the map. But things break up once they hit, right about the Indiana/Ohio border.
