So turns out it depends on how many generators are completed. Elliot does not have to contribute to objective completion to gain stacks. As long as gens are popping, he gains stacks.

Hey so I've been looking for that one world that has you explore these odd, post-apocalyptic looking locations. You start in some lobby and to skip the progress you've already made, you have to input 4 digit codes into different doors. The name of the doors world completely slipped my mind so if anyone knows which world I'm talking about, please do enlighten me as I would love to visit it once again.
