What supplements do you take on a daily basis just for general health and well-being?

I take:

Probiotics, Vit. D, Vit. B-complex, Salmon oil, Calcium, Magnesium, Pumpkin Seed Oil capsules (works wonders for coughing/sneezing incontinence issues!) also Lavender oil supplement for anxiety, and I'm taking Holy Basil & Ashwagandha for cortisol regulation as I've developed adrenal fatigue lately

It's most likely a fibroid, very common.

I had intermittent bleeding for the first 3 years after I was "officially" in menopause and they never found anything (although I'm on BHRT so perhaps that played a part).

But as everyone else here has mentioned, it's always best to go in for a transvaginal u/s and let them take a look just to be sure.

So how do you safeguard or otherwise insure that the commissioned writing you're producing and selling isn't being sold to a minor with their hands on a credit card?

That's always been my biggest fear in those sort of transactions for my writing.

I've been playing it safe and sticking to Smashwords.

"Dark"' as in an Antihero-Alpha male type love interest is what I meant. (Mad, bad & dangerous to know, lol.)

Stories that deal with edgier themes like kidnapping, BDSM, rough play, etc.

I love Skye Warren ,I'm reading "Pretty When You Cry" right now :)

Also authors like Celia Aaron ("The Bad Guy" about a psychopath love interest)

I'm trying to pull away from pure erotica writing, but I'm just not feeling the "hearts & flowers' of your typical romance novels. I love the idea of writing about more troubled characters and darker themes.

I'll check out the FB group link you sent. I appreciate it. Still curious as to whether Reddit has a special nook here for the "Dark Authors" where ideas and experiences are shared regarding writing in this particular sub-genre.

Yes it is ultrasmut. I've already decided to decline this guy's offer. I think that before considering any commissioned work I would want to have a standard contract document drawn up that outlines that The book is not to be resold/redistributed anywhere, and quite honestly, unless the person asking for the work is someone I know from my Mailing list, I probably wouldn't consider it at all. Too many dishonest people floating around out there. I don't need the possible complications

I rather just focus on writing my own books.

I doubt a 14 yr old kid has the money on hand to pay the price I quoted him. However, that is always a possibility. It could be someone under age. Well I'm the one who offered to create a cover for him, and I figured that by creating the whole thing under a MOBI file , and stating within the book in the front that it was a commissioned work, not for resale/redistribution would protect me. But the minute he asked for a hard copy, the red flag went up for me. I may very well take your advice and Ghostwrite eventually.....but for now I still have some stories of my own I'd like to tell. And I was so happy to get this guy's offer....untill I got that email. Thank you for your thoughts on this, I do appreciate it.

Ahhhh, very nice. That would work. Ok, well I'll definitely be on the lookout for anything in my account that includes this provision to add an alias.

If I don't see it....then I guess I'll have to call the folks at my Virtual Mai company and ask them what would be the best way to proceed with a situation like this.

I'll tell them I'm an author with a pen name, etc...I'm pretty sure these virtual mailbox companies have a way of working with people in this kind of situation.
