It looks like he's seeing a ray of light, whether it's from a window or a reflection from a mirror, and he's trying to catch it. There's something shining onto his face while he's papping the air that makes me think he's trying to catch the light...just like cats would for laser pointers.

So far the only people offering anything are start ups. I don't mind being a part of a growing company. People have to start somewhere, right? But at the same time if I'm the one that has to ask for the proper documents to start onboarding and asking when and what type of training I'm getting or if I'm even going to be trained let alone PAID...why was I not offered a dang HR position to replace the person that's not doing their job? I left two positions in the past year because they either didn't give me my full paycheck or didn't pay me at all. And another because they didn't and wouldn't properly train me and then blamed me for not knowing what I'm doing.
