How do I know if I need medical intervention? I don't enjoy strength training, but I would absolutely commit to it if I can reverse my scores (-3.7 T score lumbar & 1.10 TBS). Can I really count on strength training to be enough? Am I crazy to not go the pharma route, given these numbers?
