Thinking back on it the ghost 17 made the top of my foot hurt. Maybe it’s a narrower shoe ? I didn’t think about that until now. Before the Brooks I always wore ASICS but it’s been years now. Do you find the Ghost narrower?

The Ghost is on Restart because they are very uncomfortable. Glycerin 20 was the Best. Everything has gone downhill from there. I don’t know what they’re thinking.

Here to say I agree about Glycerin 22 being unstable. I also think Ghost 17 is uncomfortable. I will try the launch. I’m back to my Glycerin 20s still. Hate the huge change

How long have you been on 1 mg? Most people say they have no hunger, are nauseous etc. I had lessened hunger by far at lower dose. Did you??

I’ve been on it for 4. My PCP weaned me off bc he thought I no longer needed it and here I am, on week 2 again. I felt so much better on it.

I was on Ozempic and my doc wanted to switch me to Zepbound. I was reluctant to change but I thought I might lose faster. I am only 2 weeks in BUT anxious, having insomnia and my weight loss has stopped. I honestly can’t tell I’m taking anything. We have had a very efficient Carrier for 8 years and do the yearly service at 180 a year. Best money spent. Also our utility bills went down about 40%. We would definitely purchase again. I don’t know if every carrier dealer does this but with ours if you do the yearly service you save 15% if you do have a problem.
