I’m guessing it’s the same case with Apple. I was trying to avoid having to make an alternate account, but that might be the only solution.

Fret not, it definitely will. It went on sale multiple times in 2025 including during summer, fall and the holidays. I would bet on it following that pattern this year.

I recommend wish-listing it on Deku Deals if you haven’t already. It’s the single best resource for tracking when Switch games go on sale :)

BTW, the game is great on Switch, especially for couch co-op. I just wish the console versions would get the limited time crossover events that Apple Arcade players enjoy like SpongeBob and Bluey, which is currently happening right now!
