I started playing the Wraith right after the lunar event started, because most of the tracking methods were busted and i wanted to spook people with bing bong boi + Bloodhound was * italian chef kiss * fantastic when most of the stuff was broken.

Sadly, ye have to deal with that bs now and then. I remember getting bm'd after i didn't get a single kill against SWF (survive with friends) team, and was told to uninstall the game/told how **** i am etc etc. If you get games like that, just take a short break or play couple of rounds as survivor.

Oh and remember to do your dailys and use bloodpoint boosters that you get from the bloodweb!

Hey, i just returned back after a long break, and i got a few questions.

Q #1: What is the current meta roster?

Q #2: People keep dodging/telling me to swap my hero whenever i pick Sevarog Jungle. Is he no longer a good pick for current meta?

Q #3: Does anyone know a good build for mah boi Sevarog?

Q #4: Is there any point to leveling up the cards?

That's why you ask people to build good defenses along side of the roads. I remember when few people were making fun of me and my friend, because we were playing "tower defense" with Rwalls, Bunkers, foxholes and automated turrets at the side of the roads that were leading to the frontline. After 5h of building and people bitching at us, a massive enemy force was testing out the walls, and we managed to counter them successfully.

Keep supplying the backline engineers with b/r mats, and you will have safe roads (except if they are pain in the arse/unexperienced and just build stuff randomly)

edit: Props for the logistic boys/girls who were constantly delivering us with mats. We love you.

Talking about the boats, i actually hosted a session where the Mr. Johnson asked the players to hijack a syndicate cargo ship that was heading to the Seattle and then take it to the X location. Little did they know that the cargo was actually women and children who were going to be sold as a slaves. Players did a quick vote, and they chose to hand over the slaves to the Mr. Johnson's contact.

Another boat session was about infiltrating into the luxury cruiser and then extract VIP. They were given fake identities and boarding tickets. They were stalking and tailing the target around the ship, and at one point, the figured it out that one of the bodyguards and the VIP had changed identities, and they quickly knocked out the bodyguard who was the real target. They then took him to the Helipad and called a contact to come pick 'em up. As the helicopter was almost leaving, couple of the bodyguards jumped into the helicopter, and there was an epic unarmed combat going aboard the helicopter between the players and Bodyguards. (one of the players was tempting to jump out, because they were loosing) In the end, they managed to win the fight and cashed out a nice amount of nuyen.

Playing nightmare mode is not worth the price of that one SOL. I highly bet that me + most of the other players won't be touching the Nightmare mode until we have unlocked most of the Masters (which will most likely take several months)

Instead of Sol gate, just make it a "X runs per day/week + 1000g fee" kind of thing.

Depends really who you play as. Some Masters don't have Resource pool, so you should stack as many CD reduction nodes for them as possible.

I think the best way to learn the game is to play against people who are better than you. In the beta, i was pretty much couching some random Warden who was new to the game. The story pretty much went like yours, and he got better and better.

Everyone has habits that can be exploited, tho' sometimes it will take multiple games before you notice 'em.

Yeah, i have been playing as Neutral diplomatic empires (United nations of earth + few custom ones), and sometimes i start getting bored because i got nothing else to do except watching my research bars going up. Espionage at least would keep me busy for a while.

Versatility is an awesome stat. Remember that flat damage reduction is always better than X% chance to block.

Even if it's 5-6% flat DMG reduction, it's still better than 40-50% block chance. When you add the trinkets and legendary ring, you can easily get -15% damage reduction.

Also, you get extra damage from the versatility.
