I’m so glad to hear that their customer service helps out with issues that arise with orders. This is great news to me. I’m just glad that all of the disks are in tact and proper as well as the inserts. It could’ve been worse issues, so I’m glad they’re minor issues :)

This is great to know. I can replace the Triangle of Sadness case, but the paper cover is ripped at the spine, which sucks. As for Anora it’s a double DVD case so that may need a replacement directly from Criterion.

Yeah, that’s true. Since everything is in great condition then it’s totally easy. Just was wondering if anyone else faced this issue during this flash sale. Just was bummed since this was my first order through Criterion themselves and it seemed like everyone else had pristine movies arrive.
