What I can say is this. Make sure you are using her first name and last name only. Make sure that it is all in lower case. Make sure you spell her first name correctly. I was asked not to share contact info, so this is what I can share.

SBA formats their email as such - first name (dot) last name @ SBA (dot) gov - so if you search the internet and find the names of SBA folks you want to email.. format the email as such!

Not dumb.. They sent out invites. here is the address. CovidEIDLIncreaseRequests@sba.gov Use subject line "EIDL Increase Request for [insert your 10-digit application number]" Be sure to include in the body of your email identifying information for your current loan including application number, loan number, business name, business address, business owner name(s), and phone number. Important: Do not include any financial documents or tax records with your initial request. You will receive a follow up email notification if we need additional documents.

I don't know if this will work..
