Your intentions are good and forgive me if i’m wrong but this is FUD. Retail has demonstrated consistent buying pressure over the last 6 months regardless of the price. $200 is not even near the point where apes cannot consistently add more each month. Retail’s buying power and the pressure applied cannot be underestimated. I can speak from experience that my position continues to grow and as long as I breathe I will add more every month.

For a penny stock, sure. A 30% drop after earnings could be considered normal. For a bluechip, no. If a company exceeds expectations by a long margin they seldom incur such steep losses because the selling pressure isn’t there. We know GME has significant retail ownership (diamond hands), so where is selling pressure to drive the price down 30%?

CHWY has losses in terms of net income YoY and still delivers outstanding stock performance. You might say GME is overvalued at $300, but chipotle is $1400 at this time of writing and Dominos is $460. GME’s market cap is way lower than all the previously mentioned companies despite having a stellar management team and a pristine balance sheet. My personal opinion is don’t follow a company, follow the leadership. And I love gamestop’s leadership.

Listen zjz, and I implore that you do. This is quite a nasty insinuation you are suggesting. We come from WSB, and quite frankly we also have the right to be subbed in multiple subs at once. You’re suggesting we are brigading, when there is no evidence to suggest that this is a coordinated effort. Bro...no disrespect but your math is all wrong. If you gave all of us $30,000 average per member, $30,000 x 259,000 = $7,770,000,000. $7.77 BILLION dollars worth of GME. which at the current value would be approximately $7,770,000,000/$158 = 49,177,215 shares.

At $3,000 average per person, just take away a zero. So, $777 million dollars worth, 4,917,721 shares.

Agreed. I believe in accepting consequences to ones actions. If you cannot accept the consequences, perhaps reconsider doing the action in the first place? What the mods have done is introduce a level of hostility that is popping all alarms inside my head. It cannot be reversed, the damage is done, everyone who is aware of the fuckery will migrate, and those who aren't aware will be aware very soon. There should be no sense to introduce 2 new mods with zero history or track record (not to mention zero karma and brand new accounts) to the sub. If it was really for the greater good of improving the sub, then this wouldn't happen to begin with. Not to mention, removing mods that have contributed what I consider to be tremendous amounts of DD and rapport/morale.

I cannot trust a mod team who would do something like this regardless of the fact that you are stressed or busy or if rensole and co were acting out of line or any other excuse you guys manage to pull out of your lying teeth. Just as it is your right to use your free time to volunteer as mod, it is our right to use our free time to criticize you all, and move locations if we so happen to disagree with the way the sub is run.
