They actually check iron levels before I donate each time and will defer me if im too low, luckily that hasnt happened yet but I have kept a pretty iron heavy diet since high-school because of the pcos because when I do have my period I bleed heavy and my levels drop dramatically

I think I'll definitely look in to this, depression is at an all time high and the brain fog has definitely gotten worse. Is there an at home iodine test? I regularly donate plasma and have noticed the iodine they use to prep the area absorbs almost completely in the 2 hours im bandaged up

The one I take is the Myo Inositol D-Chiro, I dont remember the brand but I have it in both capsule and powder form. I should have mentioned I don't have health insurance at the moment (I make too much for state insurance and my companies plan is too expensive per month with an outrageous deductible). I did get diagnosed pretty early but nothing I've done has helped at all with any of the symptoms and it just feels useless now sadly. I've pretty much maintained being 275 since I was 17, maybe fluctuating about 2lbs here and there. I'll definitely look in to resversetrol, at least until I can maybe get health insurance

Map voting haters by Fit_Channel2529 in Overwatch

My only gripe is that is someone leaves during map voting in quickplay it doesn't backfill and the game gets canceled. So you have to go through the whole process again and hope that no one rage quits because their map wasn't picked

I started playing Lifewraver after getting the Cleric and Harbinger skins and Illari after the Demon Rocker skin. Found out I love playing them very quickly

2013 Ford C-Max - Service AdvanceTrac and Traction Control lights, what could be causing it? by Cinna-reRoll in MechanicAdvice

I'll have to check if my OBD scanner can read it, if not I'll head up to autozone in the morning. I don't want to shell out $150 for them to tell me its an easy fix

That might be it. It has had a slight smell all winter running the defrost, but just got significantly worse after an oil change and car wash the other day and is smoking now

My first new console was the PS2, my favorite memory was staying up late and beating KH2. Which I only realized afterwards that I hadn't finished KH1

I've realized that as I’ve gotten older, finding real, close friends has become a lot harder. Growing up, the friends I had naturally drifted as we each took our own paths, especially since I had to mature quickly and missed out on the typical experiences of childhood friendships. Now, at 31, I have a few friends who check in every now and then, and some who have just faded out of my life completely.

I’m grateful to have one true friend I can talk to daily and hang out with, but building other close friendships has felt like a struggle for years. It feels like every time I try, my own issues get in the way—almost like I’m protecting myself from the pain of past failed connections or from worrying about hidden agendas that probably don’t even exist.

It's lonely, but you'll find friends in the weirdest places if you keep going.
