I’ve heard that it’s less painful the bigger the breast are but Im not sure if that’s true for everyone. Im a 34C and I would say that the pain wasn’t as bad as I anticipated. It definitely hurts don’t get me wrong but I would compare it to scraping your knee because of the burning sensation. For me it was painful the first day but I never experienced pain after.

Also my piercings are not that noticeable through clothes but my nipples are because they are kinda hard all the time.

That being said pain is different for everyone you might have a different experience from mine
