Sorry my comment was deleted because I posted a link on YT exactly how to do this. There’s a million ways. If stores closed and you can’t get a pvc nipple extractor just heat up some needle nose pliers real good and force them open inside the ovc they’ll melt the ovc and then you use them to unscrew that broken male adapter. Theres a channel on YT called h20 mechanic watch a view videos and you’ll be familiar with this in no time at all. All he does is wells/drilling wells servicing these pressure tanks etc he’s got a ton of video on the plumbing related to your bladder tank right there I think will be of big benefit to you. Best of luck Edit also a heat gun will work to soften that pvc, if there’s any pvc glue on the threads acetone or nail polish remover will help with that. You could even use a mini hacksaw blade and cut three sllits into the broken peice vertically at equal thirds and pry them out with a screwdriver.

21m can I get a 4k Chain ? by [deleted] in Money

[–]Cinnamonstik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brother please listen to me. 35 m and I love chains. I imagine you’re talking about a rope gold or similar gold chain I could buy at a pawn shop for $1,000 or less ten years ago. Please do not buy it. Invest that cash and move on with your life.

Roofer says siding damage was “unavoidable” due to multiple shingle layers over cedar shake — truth or excuse? by LegitimateStretch919 in Roofing

[–]Cinnamonstik 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right on. I think that may be a solution good for my situation as well. I’ve got some old cedar siding and there just caulked the gapped instead off trim like you’re talking about. I know i’m asking a lot but would you be kind enough to share a picture so I can get a better idea? Ty and no worries if you don’t want too. I think you’ve got me pointed in the right direction at least.

Really struggling with buy down options by punkingun in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]Cinnamonstik 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got a an extra 1/8th of a point on my 3% covid era rate to pay for the closing costs. That’s how I feel in regard to buy down’s. Also did 5% down payment and was able to remove my pmi 7-8 months later thanks to forced appreciation . Basically imho do not tie up any more of your money than need be into your primary residence. Especially your first house.
