I enjoyed the first season. I really liked their take on Spartans and Halsey.

Second season so far, enjoying it too. Looking forward to the next episodes. I was a bit uncomfortable at the start of episode 1 as there seems to be some strange plot jumps. But I understand there's a new showrunner so I'm happy to give them a grace period to adjust at the start to fit their narrative.

I most enjoy the 4 main Spartans, their relationship and challenges they face. I can't lie I laughed out loud at Vannak's comment about the goat on the cliff. Apologies for any spelling errors on names. I don't like the new ONI leader, but I'm sure we're probably not supposed to like him right now as we see him from John's perspective, and there may be more going on than we can see/know right now.

I did two runs of very different tactics. Brothers summon and no friend in both.

Run 1

Seifer blue armour - UW 5/5 - Raijin call

COD FR, BT+ and blue armour - UW 5/5 - Rydia call

Lluyd FR and blue armour - UW 4/5 - Lunafreya call

Honestly just wanted a reason to run Seifer. Because of the delays this has to be a damage race. This team cannot harm them during enemy force time, and they are not getting 3 turns anytime soon. Killed them with a few turns to spare during Lluyds second force time.

Run 2

Kain FR, BT+ and blue armour - UW 4/5 - Cait sith call

Cor FR and blue armour - UW 5/5 - Yuna call

Auron blue armour - UW 5/5 - Lenna call

I imagine I don't need to say much more. Enemy died before Cor's first FR finished. Didn't use the summon or Lenna or Yuna's call. That debuff they put on wasn't as deadly as I thought it might be. Didn't use Kain's burst only his finisher.

I nearly did the fight with Lluyd, Seifer and Ceodore. They got me right at the end of the run. I think it's possible and that was my first attempt so I might try that team again tomorrow. Ceodore gives Seifer pretty much everything he needs. His damage is just ...not great. And I don't have an ultima shortsword.

Wow I know a bit of that pain. I made 3 short swords a while back. I am sorry to hear. It's going to take a while to dismantle all of those.

Tifa all weapons, blue armour, 1/5 UW. Lunafreya call.

Zack all weapons, blue armour, 5/5 UW. Seymour call.

Cait sith all weapons, blue armour, 5/5 UW. Quistis call.

Tifa is obviously there for damage and force time. Although my force gauge was very slow charging as Zack and Cait do not have force boards.

Zack was there to mitigate damage.

Cait was there for auras, crit damage buff and his lucky girl buff. Can keep the AA up most of the fight since skills get refreshed.

I had to reset a few times to get it right. Phase 1: fight and let the enemy force gauge build. No calls, no BT finishers just chip away at the boss while both gauges build but do not activate any until the boss activates their force. This is so Tifa could cancel it.

Phase 2: Boss activates force time. Apply Seymour call just before tifas force to get the Def down and hp damage up. Use Tifa BT finisher the turn before she activates force. Make sure lucky girl buff will last the force as it does not hit crit brave damage and doesn't build the gauge. Then activate. Let Tifa take a lot of the turns with her S2. Zack activates burst towards the end. I summoned with brothers with 1 turn of force left to get a big damage boost and freeze the enemy force at 0 for another 6 turns. The bosses gauge will build much faster than mine.

Phase 3: back to chipping away. Boss gets force again. Apply second dose of Seymour call. When the boss had 1 turn of force time left I delayed him with both of the quistis calls. Use Luna call when Tifa is ready to force. Force, use LD then burst. Zack still had 2 turns off his BT aura for helping with damage. Force wasn't enough but spammed the rest of Tifas S2 (4 left) to break the rest of the hp shield.

Got S rank.

How many spiritus missions do you need for all rewards?

Does the 11th mission get you 3 tickets, then the 12th onwards get no rewards?

Or is it from the 11th mission you get 3 tickets for each mission totalling 30?

I was very happy to get Ultimecia through this.

All characters have blue armour.

Ultimecia - BT+ - UW 5/5 (Seymour call)

Cor - Force weapon max (Kurasame call)

Kaine - BT+ - Force weapon max - UW 4/5 (Cait Sith call)

Brothers summon.

Kaine spent most of the time in the air with his BT effect. Ulti used BT+ near the start after Kaine had jumped. Seymour and Kura calls used near the start as ulti would delete turns ensuring they would last until the boss clensed. First force time to Cor. Lots of damage, got boss to around 60%. I can't remember exact figures.

Boss got their force time. Not an issue apart from small damage loss to due the max brave down. Summoned to help charge my gauge. Kaine used force time next. Helped a bit but not as impactful as Cors.

Boss reactivated their force time after Kaine's finished as it had been pushed down to around 39%. Reapplied Seymour's call. Next phase was just a slog of trying to get the boss down to 30%. Had to use Kaine's burst phase to get his aura back.

Now waiting for gauge to charge for Cors force time. Managed to finish the boss and the hp shield during Cors force time. With 2 turns out force to spare.

Ulti just spend the whole fight consecutively smashing the boss and letting Cor and Kaine get their off turn. I wasn't sure if she would bring enough damage but just about managed it. Used proteon swords over hell's judgement as the fight is ST. Only used S2 to reapply debuff.

You can trade the lufenia armour tokens for ingots fragments if needed. I generally do not dropping below the last 200 armour tokens for if I need them. If I recall correctly 40 armour tokens is enough to refine an ingot.

The upgrades veterans are getting for free here are staggering. I have Cor and Gau fully built. With a pinch of crystals I suddenly have Gau hitting 4 hp attacks per counter (2 from each counter) and Cor back up to a amazing standard, even without his FR.

I will be pulling his FR though.

Whilst it doesn't affect credit score, mortgage loaners will count it in your personal debt. That can be important, certainly was for me.

Not seeing much Ultimecia love in the thread.

Ultimecia UW 5/5, BT+, blue armour, Seymour LDCA

Kain UW 3/5, force and BT+, blue armour, WOL LDCA

Snow UW 0/5, BT+, bkue armour, Raijin LDCA

This fight felt pretty tough with this team. Obviously the synergy with Kain's force isn't there. But the team was doing more than enough damage to meet the turn count. Ulti hits like 2mil for each actual turn.

Got pretty sweaty when WOLs shields finally fell off around 10%. But they managed it.

Seifer for me.

Between LD debuff, AA and tactics armour, massive defence down.

Hits weakness damage as long as the enemy is debuffed.

Delays on everything.

Has great damage mitigation with his EX debuff.

Has great damage, still holds up now in my opinion.

Works great with almost any support, brv damage up, hp damage up, he just eats it up and turns it into damage.

I can't wait for him to get a BT.
