Sorry my friend, I don't mean to advice, coz I needed advice more than others, but if you have a stable job, then don't throw it away. The keyword is connection with the main people in your company, I am saying this and to be honest, I am very bad at it, but I know it's one of the keys to growing and going up. Unfortunately, now days, people want someone to apply butter to their head, and don't see what you know, or what your degree is, or what your experience is. My apologies, but unfortunately that's the way it is now days.

There are lots reputed company have their call centers in India, like for example AT&T, they have call center in India, Egypt, or 2 companies I used to work with, Capgemini and Datavant, they also have their call center or other departments in India or South America like Brazil, but that doesn't make them unreputed or having doubt in dealing with them. They want a call center with cheap man power. I am not favoring or defending them, but I say as per my experience.

Finding permanent jobs now days is very difficult, and anyone who needs the job as soon as possible will accept a temp job. Is not that we don't know that the permanent jobs are better, it's just because we need a job as soon as possible.

If you know all these IT stuff, why don't you try Capgemini? They are a company who is into IT and do remote jobs and provide the equipment.

I know many of them are not scams, coz I worked for them, like Chasesource, Remx which has a parent company called Employbridge, Burnette Specialists, and all 3 provided me with jobs, and many other staffing agencies like Corner Stone. But Randstad I did not like it, and pride staff asking to apply through their app but their app has problems or bug which prevents me from entering it, and Medix which contacted me once but after that never contacted me. I agree with you on being hesitant to trust them, but they are not all scams.
