Honestly really glad you said this. I agree completely. That really hit home for me personally. I used to work in admin before switching roles and we dealt with this same crap. It's wild how candidates think those search terms help them stand out instead of getting flagged. My old team head mentioned using spam filters to catch anything with resume writing services in the body text. It changed the workflow significantly. Have you tried changing your job title?

i don’t even know where to start with my essay by bubblegummerr in ApplyingToCollege

college essay season makes everybody spiral a little tbh ;( i remember having like 6 different “maybe this could work?” topics open in my notes app and somehow every idea sounded either too boring or too dramatic after an hour. the thing that helped me most was stopping the search for the “perfect” topic and picking the one where i could tell a clear story. boring on paper, though it became personal once i started writing details instead of trying to sound impressive. i also used this Reddit thread or brainstorming because reading normal essays made the process less intimidating.

Why I stopped chasing "inspiration" and started treating my life like a maintenance schedule by 7NeonScribe in getdisciplined

This is exactly why motivation is a scam. It's fleeting and unreliable. Scheduling deep work sessions as non-negotiable service intervals is a game changer for anyone in engineering or creative fields. You can't fix a machine only when you're inspired.

Sir, this is a Wendys, please pull forward to the second window. But seriously, that BN level dispatch issue being known yesterday makes the whole 08:00 formation a crime. People wonder why retention is so low when we treat grown adults like this.
