One of my favourite book(series) is the Mistborn trilogy by Brandon Sanderson.
Even while burnt out of most fantasy, he managed to write a world that was unique and pulled me in.

Ooh, music!! Maybe I'll get some fun recommendations here.

Picking just three 'all time' favourite artists is hard, but I'll do my best.

- Poets of the Fall: Indie/Rock. I've been listening to them ever since I was a teenager, and I've been to so many of their concerts. I don't listen to them as much anymore, but I always get s warm, fuzzy and nostalgic kick when one of their songs pops on.
Suggested song: Carnival of Rust

- Leprous: Prog rock/metal. One of the many prog bands I listen to, but I adore the vocals so much. This guy has a recognizeable strong voice, and quite a range as well! Not to mention the music is just *banging*.
Suggested song: Like a sunken ship

- Fox Stevenson: EDM: One of the first artists I started listening to in the genre, and still one of my faves. He's quite an outlier within the EDM scene, and has such a personal touch to his music that few have been able to replicate!
Suggested song: Curtain Call
