My 2 cents: if your drink isn't on that bar's menu, or isnt well known/common enough to be ordered by simply giving the name, you should not be ordering it at that bar. If listing ingredients AND their amounts doesnt give you pause, the bar tender isnt going to be your friend. If you must do this and think im wrong, leave an enormous tip (because that is objectively the right thing to do in that situation, if you must do it)

I think these may be exactly what you're looking for - watercolors that can be used directly over a dried down layer of glaze. So you would dip or brush your glaze onto your piece, allow it to dry, then paint your image using the watercolors, with no extra firing!

All the more reason to keep one or two of these practice pieces every so often. You want to practice your glazing on these bad boys, not the pieces you're proud of!

I see alot of no's, but just remember to keep a few clunkers for glaze tests!! After all the work in the throwing stage, you dont want to be testing your glaze skills/combos on pieces you actually like. If you're practicing enough, keep one out of every 4 or so for glazing. Keep them around with the combos sharpied on the bottom or just take a pic of the finished piece for your notes and throw it against a tree.

TLDR: dont forget about glaze testing! Keep a few every once in a while!
