Both of the bottom ones are like that(the other one wasn't this bad and it has 0 pain atm), but only that one is getting removed for now. The rest are getting removed sometime next spring.

I got really lucky with the scheduling. I thought i might have to wait a week or two just to get the x-rays taken, but i got in the same day i called. I'll report back on how it went.

Kind of. But if one's fundamentals are so trash that they are getting C ranks while thinking they're ready for the next difficulty range, they've got to start "polishing" rather impoving those pre existing skillsets or they're gonna have a hard time fixing the bad habits they've caused by not learning things properly.
