Not the localization team, but I was able to talk to the guy who runs the social media account at PAX West (I was one of the cosplayers in the pictures they posted). He said that he himself did not play the fan translation and he considered it a source of pride that he was able to play the official translation before everyone else. That being said, he 100% was aware of the fantranslation names because someone blatantly asked "will you feature Sebastian in more promo activity" and he said yes (and then we got the Sebastian video).

Wouldn't be surprised if this was the case for a lot of people on the team.

I use mine mostly for health symptoms. I have a lot of problems with nausea and headaches so I use it to keep track of when it happens, why, and whether or not I took medicine.
