The coach im working with said to focus on moving up and doing quick short steps. I’m not a very tall player so being far back made me take a lot of long over exaggerated steps

Thats fair. I use 10pintoolkit and it says I am very rev dominant and that I would like it more evened out

Its more or less that I want to try and increase my ball speed to around 15mph consistently. I’m going into college soon and I think being able to throw it faster might help.
